WebBrowser コントロールで使われている Internet Explorerのバージョンを変更する
WebBrowser コントロールのIE規定値はバージョン7なのでバージョンの変更方法
レジストリ
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_BROWSER_EMULATION
に使用するソフトのキーを登録する
DWORD（32ビット値）で11000の場合はIE11
下記図はaccessをIE１１で動作させる場合

Important In Internet Explorer 10, Webpages containing standards-based !DOCTYPE directives are displayed in IE10 Standards mode.
